- License Grant: This software product is licensed, not sold, to you for use under the terms and conditions of this agreement. The software may only be used on a single computer or device at a time.
- Ownership: The software product and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of the software developer.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Termination: This agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the software and destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
- Warranty Disclaimer: The software product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the software developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software product.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the software developer is located, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
- Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the software developer with respect to the software product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the software product.
